1. No Refunds

All payments made for plans, subscriptions, live classes, or any other service are final. There are no refunds of any kind under any circumstances. Please verify all details before making a payment.

2. PiH Coins

Only PiH coins hold value on the PopupIndiaHub platform. PiH coins can be withdrawn or redeemed exclusively through our official payment gateway. No other points, credits, or balances carry any monetary value.

3. Income, Commissions & Payouts

Your income is earned strictly according to the commission structure set for your referrals. Payouts are processed on a monthly basis and are released only after admin approval. Income depends entirely on your actual network performance — no fixed or guaranteed earnings are promised.

4. Courses & Live Classes

Only live classes are chargeable. All other courses are free with a premium subscription.

5. Subscription Plans

All other services on the platform are available to subscribers of every plan.

6. Member Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, providing accurate registration and KYC details, and sharing referral links ethically. Misleading income claims, spam, or misuse of the platform may result in account suspension without refund.

7. Changes to Terms

PopupIndiaHub Pvt Ltd reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
